    Your Preferences

    You can choose not to provide us with personal data if you prefer not to: If you choose to do this, you can continue to use the website and browse its pages, but we will not be able to provide you with access to the app or systems that require your personal data.

    You can turn off cookies in your browser by changing its settings: You can block cookies by activating a setting on your browser allowing you to refuse cookies. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. If you turn off cookies, you can continue to use the website and browse its pages, but the website will not work as effectively.

    We will inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for marketing and if third parties are involved. You can opt-out from marketing at any time by amending your preferences. You can do this via the Your Account section of the app or the website. Our emails to you will also include instructions on how you can opt out of receiving marketing material from us.

    Your Rights

    You have rights under the GDPR that can be exercised with Hole19 by emailing help@hole19golf.com.

    Below are the rights that you have over your personal data and can exercise with us at any time:

    Access:

    You have the right to access information we hold about you.
    This includes the right to ask us supplementary information about:

    • The categories of data we’re processing

    • The purposes of data processing

    • The categories of third parties to whom the data may be disclosed

    • How long the data will be stored (or the criteria used to determine that period)


    We will provide you with the information free of charge and within one month of your request, unless doing so would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of another person (e.g. another person’s confidentiality or intellectual property rights). We’ll tell you if we can’t meet your request for whatever reason.


    Rectification:

    You have the right to make us correct any inaccurate personal or complete any incomplete data about you.


    Object:

    You can object to us using your data for profiling you or making automated decisions about you.


    Portability:

    You have the right to port your data to another service.

    We will give you a copy of your data in a reusable format so that you can provide it to another service if you so wish. If you ask us and it is technically possible, we will directly transfer the data to the other service for you. We will not do so to the extent that this involves disclosing data about any other individual.


    Requesting Data Deletion:

    You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Hole19. To initiate the data deletion process, you can follow one of the methods outlined below:

    1. 1 - Contacting Customer Service:

      • Send an email to our customer service team at help@hole19golf.com

      • Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.

      • Provide the necessary details to verify your identity.


    2. 2 - In-App Request:

      • Navigate to the Profile Settings section within the Hole19 app.

      • Scroll to the bottom of the page.

      • Look for the option related to data deletion or account closure.

      • Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your data deletion request.

    Complaint:

    You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding our use of your data.
