Gold Coast Golf & Country Club

Previously known as North Bay Golf & Country Club, the Gold Coast Golf & Country Club is located in Shimen Township in the coastal region of north Taiwan. It features an 18-hole, par-72 course which measures 7,006 yards and a practice range. Opened in 1992, the course is built over the cliffs facing the Pacific Ocean. Perhaps the closest to the coast of any golf courses in Taiwan, the layout boasts a trademark spectacular view that entertains golfers with the awe-inspiring beauty of the North Coast and allows them to admire the vast, magnificent Pacific Ocean and the surging waves below when playing the holes. Dramatic rolling fairways spreading on the naturally undulating terrain further bring the challenge to the game. A ball devoured by the sea is very likely to happen when hitting the fairways facing the ocean.
