Description
Alvesta Golfklubb bildades 1987 och banan började byggas 1990. Huvudentrepenör var Skanska i Växjö och banarktitekt var Björn Magnusson. Banan blev spelklar med sina 18 hål i juni 1992 och invigdes av Sven Tumba och Alvestasonen Joe Labero som klippte bandet. Klubbens målsättning har under alla år varit att på småländskt vis efterhand utveckla bana och byggnader efter klubbens ekonomiska förutsättningar.
