클럽하우스를 중심으로 부지의 좌우 능선이 36홀의 코스를 감싸고 있어, 클럽하우스에서 내려다보는 전경은 편안하면서도 와이드한 이미지가 그대로 느껴집니다. 9홀 단위로 그 특징이 차별화된 홀들은 서로 조화를 이루면서도 각각 독립성을 유지하여 플레이어가 최상의 조건으로 플레이 할 수 있는 공간이 되도록 하였습니다. 자연 지형을 최대한 살려 공략에 대한 묘미를 배가 시겼습니다. 계곡을 그대로 이용하여 코스를 조성하고, 자연계류와 연못을 재생하여, 마치 자연속에 그대로 안착된 듯한 홀을 만들었습니다. 그렇다하여 지형에 맞춰 홀이 불합리하게 조성되는 것을 절대 용납하지 않았으며, 공정한 플레이를 할 수 잇는 넓고 편안한 코스가 되도록 노력하였습니다.
