Bentwinds Golf & Country Club

A Tom Hunter original, Bentwinds was shaped through lush farm lands, tall pines and oaks. A golf course with a simple layout and a lot of character underwent a major renovation in 2005 and 2006 led by Kris Spence. Mr. Spence took what was a great base and reshaped our greens, bunkers and fairways to create a well-defined course blueprint with memorable rounds each time one is played. Strategic bunker placement and wonderfully defined tiff sport bermudagrass fairways create challenging shot angles to our A-1 A-4 bentgrass greens. A walker’s delight, Bentwinds 6 sets of tees accommodate golfers of all skill levels. With the care of our excellent golf course maintenance team, Bentwinds is one of Central North Carolina’s finest golf courses.
