Bomen, diverse heesters en water: enkele karakteristieke elementen die golfers tijdens het spelen van een ronde op Golfclub Anderstein regelmatig zullen tegenkomen. Een uitgebreide flora en fauna maakt deze baan bijzonder, evenals de unieke ecologische ligging: deels op de Utrechtse Heuvelrug en deels in de Gelderse Vallei. Een 27-holes baan kan niet zonder oefenfaciliteiten. Op de driving range, putting greens en zes korte oefenholes kunnen spelers zich naar hartelust (verder) in het spel bekwamen. En dat is nodig, want ondanks alle charme en historie die de holes omringen, blijkt Anderstein in de praktijk geen makkelijke baan om te spelen. Kortom Golfclub Anderstein biedt alles wat een golfer zich wensen kan.

Fraser WeirApril 17, 2025The holes built on heathland are the highlight of this course. This includes the last two holes of Vallei and the nine holes of Heuvelrug. Fairways and greens were in excellent condition and beautiful surroundings on the heathland holes.
