University of Georgia Golf Course

The UGA Golf Course is public course open to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the general public. The University Golf Course is as beautiful to look at as it is challenging to play. Set on the rolling terrain of northeast Georgia, this par 71 Robert Trent Jones layout is widely regarded as one of the best university courses in the United States. Renovated by Love Golf Design in 2006, the course in now up to the standards of modern championship play and is home to both of the University’s top ranked golf teams. While extremely challenging from the championship Bulldog Tees, the course has four other sets of tees to help golfers of all abilities enjoy their round on this classic layout. Originally developed in 1968, the course operates under the Division of Auxiliary Services. Over the years the golf course has become an important recreational facility for not only the University community, but the state as a whole. Located on the beautiful campus of The University of Georgia, the 18-hole course provides affordable, first-rate facilities and services to students, staff, alumni, and the general public. Discounted rates are available for UGA students, faculty, staff, and alumni on a regular basis, while the general public can take advantage of multi-play discount cards.
