Crafted by renowned father and son team of Pete and P.B. Dye, the 6,966-yard, par-72 golf course at Atlanta National meanders across 240 acres of natural hardwoods, babbling brooks and rolling hills. It is a perfect course for golfers who demand challenge, playability, beauty and fairness. From the unique combination of sand and waste bunkers to the dynamic green complexes to the undulating fairways, the Dyes created a great legacy to golf in its purest form. In addition, you'll find a number of famous Dye design elements throughout the layout, including treacherous pot bunkers, bunkers with steep faces, railroad/cross ties and an island green at No .17. Use of Zoysia grass fairways, Fescue rough and immaculate Bentgrass greens, as well as the meandering waterways of Chicken Creek and Little River, add to both the challenge and beauty of the course.

A classic Pete Dye design, really enjoyable… once you crack the code! 😛

Course was in pristine shape! Every 2nd shot was sitting up lovely in lush fairways. The second par 5 on the back was under repair. Had to play 9 twice.
