Birch Grove is a pretty parkland course with some of the best greens in Essex. Small but challenging, it is an ideal course for golfers of all abilities. There are plenty of attractive water features and tree lined fairways to negotiate, and a very picturesque par 5 as its signature hole awaits you.

Tom FrostieOctober 21, 2021Lovely scenic course with plenty of water and challenging trees. Well kept course with great greens. Reasonably fast pace of play. Friendly staff and members, and relaxed atmosphere.
Dave LastAugust 28, 2017Very challenging course ....... you really need to be able to shape the ball and have good course management. Lots of doglegs and overhanging trees. Not too many outings for the Driver. Oh and the oob is usually a minefield. Greens are true. Staff friendly and food is excellent.
