Astbury Golf Club

Established in 1922, with our Centenary year in 2022, Astbury is a picturesque yet testing parkland course situated amongst the beautiful South Cheshire countryside. The easy to walk course comprises sweeping tree lined fairways, and, uniquely, the historic Macclesfield canal, which gently flows along dividing the layout. The signature hole for the golf course is the 12th, shown below, looking back from the green, which is a strong par 5 requiring a long carry over a ravine from the tee. It is closely rivalled by the 3rd which is a par 5 in the opposite direction. Water comes into play on 7 holes, and the course is an easy walk with just a few slopes in the terrain to provide a good test of your short game.
