Description
Woodley Lakes Municipal Golf Course offers wide fairways, large greens, and nine acres of water hazards. Woodley Lakes was designed by Ray Goates and opened in 1975 as the third golf golf course in the Sepulveda Dam Recreation Area. Woodley Lakes also provides habitat to a wide variety of wild-life species. Other public facilities in the area are Anthony C. Beilenson Park (formerly Balboa Park) featuring Lake Balboa, and the Balboa Sports Complex.

Kim Lam TanJanuary 07, 2024It is a lovely course. Pretty wide fairways and not too many hazards. Greens are in general good conditions. Pace is good (we took 4hrs and 10 mins with 3 balls though I logged the completion of the game late in Hole19 app). Highly recommended course for beginners and immediate players.

K JFebruary 01, 2017Great course to practice your recovery shots with very open fairways. Course is a bit pricey with no cart girl or ranger to speed up play. However they do have a building around the 4th & 5th hole that serve snacks unfortunately they don't have ice there. Love to grass driving range, they also have a couple of great putting areas and chipping areas.
