Turtle Creek Club

Turtle Creek Club was chartered in 1969 by four visionary founders from Skokie Illinois who engaged the services of well-respected golf course architect Joe Lee to design and oversee the construction of our 18 hole golf course. Laid out on approximately 150 acres in what was known as the Hunt Club property, the course opened for play in 1970 with 38 members. In 1971, the founders sold the course and club to the membership, making it certain that the club would stay private and not fall into the control of property developers. Over the next 45 years, Turtle Creek Club has become known as one of the finest private golf clubs in Palm Beach and Martin Counties. Now with five sets of tees, from 5302 yards to 6831 yards, the golf course provides an outstanding golfing experience to players of all ages and playing abilities. Under a planned 2016 lengthening and modernization of the course, directed by up and coming architect Kipp Schulties, the experience will be enhanced further for golfers of all levels.
