The Golf Club of California was created to raise San Diego golf to new heights while providing an extraordinary Southern California golf experience. Previously available exclusively for members and their guests, the facility is now available to the Public to test their skills. The course was designed to naturally integrate the ancient oaks, majestic sycamores, towering eucalyptus trees and beautiful red-top grasses that line the manicured fairways and undulating greens. Challenging bunkers and colorful wildflowers add beautiful contrast to the course, while a variety of elevation changes provide tranquil backcountry views. Meandering creeks and acres of natural open space enhance the experience, as well as the game, on The Golf Club of California's challenging design.

Bryan LesterSeptember 28, 2024When planning to play this course I suggest that you either bring your APG or a couple of boxes of balls. This course will challenge you at every level. The tiered greens provide plenty of putting challenge and the target style. Fairways are no joke. Course conditions were favorable, a wonderful facility for sure. I didn’t do so hot so I won’t go there, but if you’re in the area, I would highly suggest the course. By the way, staff is exceptional, make sure to say hi to Dave, Marc, and the others that made the day a very pleasant experience!
