Description
This Milaca golf course itself is a gem, challenging the serious golfer with a thought-provoking layout while at the same time relaxing the casual player with its wonder and scenic beauty. Two holes are adjacent to the Rum River. Six holes intertwine O'Neill Brook, and on many other holes ponds come into play. In 2000, the course welcomed 11 new holes next to the forest and shifting terrain. This addition gave the Stones Throw Golf Course a much appreciated face lift. The course has continued to mature wonderfully, with each hole developing it's own distinct character.

Eric StangJuly 11, 2021Beautiful course and it's run really well. They seem to actually put effort into keeping things moving. Could maybe space out the tee times a hair more. All the employees we talked to were great. Had fun watching one of the employees chasing geese off the course which is fantastic. Nothing worse than goose crap all over the fairways. They have multiple restrooms out on the course as well. Definitely a hidden gem and a very challenging course. We drive close to 40 miles just to golf here a few time every summer.
