Slippery Rock Golf Club & Events Center (previously, Oakview Golf Club) has been one of Butler county’s best kept secrets, until now! Founded in 1928 by visionary and entrepreneur Ralph A. Nicholas, this course itself has only changed hands 3 times in its 92-year history. December 2019 marks the milestone when family members of Mr. Nicholas purchased the course to reclaim its family ties and make SRGC&EC a destination location for golfers and foodies alike all year long.
