  Worst course near New York City. Poorly maintained and poorly managed. Always backed up and poor grass conditions.

  Front 9 is really pretty with lots of elevation changes and tight fairways. Greens roll pretty fairly for a city course, with lots of break. Back 9 was in worse shape, looked like they were having some drainage issues. The layout on the back was less interesting also, but I’ll definitely be back to play Silver Lakes again. I don’t have a car so I look for courses that are relatively easy to get to by mass transit. Actually took the S93 bus from Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and it was surprisingly easy and fast to get there.

  It's pretty short and not much slope to the greens, but a beauty none the less. Staff in and out of the clubhouse were all good vibes. Food in the grill room was fire, and prices were unbelievable.
