In 1996, Architect Steve Halberg took a creek side prairie with tree groves scattered throughout and turned this property into The Sanctuary Golf Course. The Sanctuary Golf Course travels over 6,900 yards through a mixture of tall grass, tree groves and wetlands. The Sanctuary has 4 sets of tees that will challenge any skill level and features bent grass tees, fairways and greens. With 72 bunkers and water coming into play on 14 of the 18 holes, this is a must play anytime of the year. The Sanctuary also provides an excellent practice facility, which includes a 50 stall bent grass tee, short game area with bunker and an expansive putting green.
