  Pound for pound the best value, best facilities, best staff and best anything else you enjoy in a local Muni neighborhood links in the area by far. And it's not an even close. Carts are new. Course is maintained as good as it can be with the recourses available. It's a playable setup with a unique design that challenges yet does not punish the wayward shot. Yet accuracy is essential off most tees. Short hitters will enjoy the length and longer off the tee will still require accuracy to go low. The best value of anyplace I have had the privilege to tee it up. A can't miss local course.
