  Poor fairways pin placements are in bad places and not tapped down cups stick up no fring mowing over watering around the greens nut grass clumps all around the greens long grass lumps around the bunkers

  The pin placements are always on a hump and crowned slopes too close to the edge . The fairways are mostly without grass . The tee boxes are full of divots with no sand filling. The nut grass 20 feet around the greens is so thick you can’t chip or putt through. The greens are too hard and fast to hold. There are 11 bunkers that have been removed. The distances between the tee markers are in consistent. Too few ball washes. The bunkers have burms with grassy edges and rocks throughout. The rakes remain outside the bunkers causing a double hazard. The fairways and roughs are mowed too low . The old holes are either up too high or down too low.
