Painted Hills Golf Club

Painted Hills is an 18-hole public golf club featuring gently rolling, tree-lined fairways and beautifully contoured bent grass greens. In February, Painted Hills became part of the GreatLifeKC family and offers a wide variety of memberships. Opened in 1929 as Victory Hills Country Club, this historic landmark in Kansas City, Kansas has recently undergone two major reconstructions. Eight greens were rebuilt in 1993 and the remaining ten greens were rebuilt in 2013, along with the complete redesign of five holes and the addition of 75 new zoysia tee boxes, 24 new bunkers and two miles of new cart paths! Every hole has a minimum of four sets of zoysia tees which offer a wide range of length to accommodate every skill level of player. The fairways have been converted to a new strain of bluegrass in order to provide a dense stand of turf and the ability to accommodate carts in the off-season when weather permits. New fairway and greenside bunkers add appeal as well as the risk/reward in shot making. Painted Hills is located just 20 minutes west of Downtown Kansas City and 10 minutes East of the Legends Village West complex.
