Founded in 1986, Le Triomphe Golf and Country Club is one of the south’s most exclusive private golf and country clubs. A year after its grand opening, a USA Today article listed Le Triomphe's Robert Trent Jones, Jr. signature championship golf course as one of the best courses built in the United States since 1962. Today, Le Triomphe is only one of two clubs in the state of Louisiana to host a sanctioned P.G.A Tour event, the prestigious Chitimacha Louisiana Open.
