Hunting Creek Country Club

The golf course was designed by the late Ben Wihry, a longtime club member, in 1964. Many changes to the orginal layout have taken place over the years. Famed golf course architect Arthur Hill resdesigned all the bunkers on the course in 1989. During its history, the club has hosted nearly every major golf event in the state including three Kentucky Open Championships over the last twenty-five years. In the mid 1970's Hunting Creek was the site of several LPGA Bluegrass Invitational Tournaments.
