Concra Wood Golf Club boasts an 18 hole, par 72 championship course situated in Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan. The golf course at Concra Wood was designed by two of Ireland’s golfing legends: Christy O’Connor Junior and Senior. Lough Muckno may be a well kept secret, but not for much longer. As it drapes itself lazily around tree-bound islands and along the shore, the lough promises one of Ireland’s most beautiful and evocative settings for golf. Overlooking it all is Concra Wood Golf and Country Club in Castleblayney Co. Monaghan.

The greens are really fast and in a great condition as well as the rest of the course. It was one of the nicest courses I have ever played even that my golf was terrible that day.
