The course has been registered with England Golf and re-certified with its own SSS (69 off the white tees). There is a handicap conversion table relevant for the front 9 which has to be applied. It's worth noting that although category one players may enter the competition their handicaps will not be affected. We are confident that in addition to our existing range of competitions 9 hole qualifying golf will prove really popular. We want to bring in new members. We want to offer something new to existing members. We want to offer a competition that will appeal to those members who can no longer manage a full 18. Do give this initiative your strongest support.
