Established in Bullsbrook in 1962, Chequers Golf Club moved to its current location off Sounness Drive in 1966. Nestled in the foothills, just a twenty-minute drive from Midland or Wanneroo lies the picturesque Chequers Golf Club. A Challenging 18-hole golf course surrounded by a natural bushland setting, gum and banksia trees, grass trees and colourful wildlife. Chequers offers a unique green type - Slightly raised saltine greens as opposed to your traditional bent grass greens. The course layout presents golfers with long, short and a variation of dog-leg holes to keep you on your toes. An absolute pleasant all round golfing experience that is worth the drive to Chequers Golf Club. The putting greens have an audience of kangaroos whilst complemented by the presence of many native birds.
